Quiet Water is a Homeowners' Association situated on the Yachats River in Yachats, Oregon. We have 72 separate properties, made up of houses, smaller cabins, and undeveloped lots. Our common assets include an outdoor pool and spa (open summer months), a tennis court, extensive grounds and a riverbank path that affords excellent views of the river and its wildlife.  The cabins, 24 in number, are located in three "Limited Common Areas" close to the river. A fourth LCA has 3 houses. The remaining houses are on stand-alone lots outside of the LCAs.

The annual meeting of the association is held in June every year. A board of four directors meets regularly throughout the year. Contracted employees include a site manager, a financial secretary, a pool manager and a landscaper who mows all the grassy areas during the growing season.

Quiet Water

In the mountains by the sea,
There is a place you will want to be.
Blue Heron and Eagles come to nest,
Elk and Deer come to rest.
Where Salmon swim and Otters too,
You may even see a Bear or two.
This is a very quiet place,
Where dark waters flow down to the sea.
This is the place you’ll want to be.
